FAQs
Q: How do I book an appointment?
A: Simply choose your service and time on our online booking page. We’ll confirm right away or reach out to find the slot that works best for both of us.
Q: Do you need access to water or power?
A: Yes. We’ll need a standard garden‑hose spigot and a household outlet within roughly 100 feet of the vehicle. Not sure about access? Let us know—we’ll help you work it out (an extension cord is usually all it takes).
Q: How long does a detail usually take?
A: Most details run 1–3 hours, depending on the package and the vehicle’s condition. We’ll give you a tighter estimate when we confirm your appointment.
Q: What if it rains on the day of my appointment?
A: We keep a close eye on the forecast. If the weather won’t cooperate, we’ll contact you to reschedule—no extra charge. We’d rather delay than deliver anything less than perfect.
Q: Do I need to be home during the service?
A: Not necessarily! As long as we have the keys, access to the vehicle, and water/power, we can get to work. You’ll come back to a spotless ride.
Q: What type of vehicle do I have? How do I know which pricing tier applies?
A: Great question! Vehicles are grouped into three simple categories to keep pricing fair and easy to understand. Here's a quick guide:
Small Vehicles
Includes most coupes and sedans
Examples: Honda Civic, Toyota Corolla, Ford Focus, Hyundai Elantra, BMW 3 Series
Mid-Size Vehicles
Includes most crossovers and small SUVs
Examples: Toyota RAV4, Honda CR-V, Subaru Outback, Ford Escape, Jeep Cherokee
Large Vehicles
Includes most trucks, vans, and full-size SUVs
Examples: Ford F-150, Chevy Tahoe, Toyota 4Runner, Honda Odyssey, Ram 1500
